A ceditor brought an action to collect a debt in Arbitration. I opposed it, with supporting documents, and the case was dismissed. I win. Can the creditor sue me now in regular court or is that it?

  1. no

  2. If he moved to arbitrate, and the case was not discharged, then yes you can still be forced to pay. I don't understand exactly what you said though. Contact your lawyer.
