  1. Welcome to the new world order.

Air travel just isn't what it used to be.

We have very few rights as travelers.

My friend had a very expensive necklace of hers messed about with by customs, and I once had to re-pack all of my underwear in front of everyone.

  2. i don't think you have many - i think you can only ask for it to be opened by someone of the same s*x - apart from that they can pretty much do whatever they want and i believe that they do not have to replace anything back.

in fact they can rip your house apart and you have to foot the bill.

  3. you dont have any

    deal with it

  4. your worried about people seeing your undies and having to do a liitle extra packing?

what about the lives of the other passengers?

    c'mon now.

  5. No they should not, it would be a waste of their time and they more gainfully employed checking other peoples luggage to ensure YOUR safety. Besides, you should know exactly how you want your things put back, not them.

  6. they  are  ignorant  ,  just  smile  and  say  have a  nice  day  at  the  end,  you  really  pissed them  off then,   at  least   that  worked in  my  case

  7. You have very few rights. Customs and excise have more power than the police.

If they want to rumage through your smalls they will. If you protest to much you maybe in for the rubber glove treatment.
