If democrats/liberals of the world believe in global warming why have they not stepped up?

If global warming is true,and democrats/liberals in the U.S.,and the world,are so concerned about the planet,why have they not made it their mission in life to secure,and develop,a planet friendly energy source,if all the liberals in the world,averge liberal,millionaire liberal.billionaire liberal,global warming scientist,the u.n.,kyoto treating signing countries,combine their money,knowledge,and develop a free energy source that will save the planet,and lift the poor they claim to champion out of poverty,whats the problem,could it be there is no such energy,or is it just a ploy to destroy the american nation,since the #1 oil supplier to the U.S. liberal canada,has no problem drilling for oil along with every communist,socialist,dem/lib,country doing the same,but the american people can not!

One would think the libs or anyone else buying into this human caused global warming thing would at least step up and sell there car,and start riding a bike ,walking e.t.c. Otherwise there know better then the ppl they bi$#ch at.

Democrats and liberals haven't stepped up because they are expecting government will do it for them using money it has taken from people like you.  Haven't you learned anything from listening to all the right-wing talk radio you listen to?

To make "our mission in life" be around global warming, our world will utterly fail.  Plus, it's not as if democrats/liberals can just all of the sudden grab 800 million dollars and demand to cut down on our greenhouse gasses.  However, you must open your eyes and see all the treaties that have been signed to reduce pollution such as the clean air acts, and the latest treaty that numerous countries of the world have signed.

Replacing an energy infrastructure that has developed over a century can't be done just because a few "wealthy" "liberals" want it done. And when certain highly funded organizations are fighting against any switch, it's impossible. So simply blaming liberals for the world not yet having changed over to clean renewable energy is ludicrous, at best.

Each nation of the world is an independent entity and they all (in order to achieve success) have to be convinced that addressing global warming is in their own best interest. That takes time. And once they are convinced it takes more time for them to do so without causing major disruptions (you can't simply turn off coal generation power plants until new energy plants have been built).

Some nations have already made great strides toward reducing their greenhouse emissions (France started in the 70's and no generates about 80% of their electricity from nuclear greenhouse gas-free) and others have done virtually nothing.

This isn't about blame and it isn't about political parties. This is a real threat facing us all and it's time to move beyond petty partisanship and bickering about who's blaming who and move onto solutions.

ONLY THING POLITICIANS KNOW HOW TO DO IS TALK AND REFUSE THE TRUTH UNLESS ITS THEIRS. THEY DEPEND ON THE SCIENTISTS THEY HIRED OUT OF THEIR SPECIALITIES TO TELL THEM WHAT TO DO, LIKE AL GORE AND THE E.P.A. AND WHEN THEY FORMED THEIR OPINIONS, I SHOT THEIR THEORIES ALL DOWN. I HAVE THE INFORMATION OF HOW TO DELETE GLOBAL WARMING, BUT YAHOO WONT ALLOW ME TO TELL YOU, BECAUSE THE JAPANESE ARE THE ONLY ONES DOING IT AND THEY DONT WANT TO LET YOU KNOW HOW RICH THEIR GETTING IN WORKING THE FIRST STEP.
