If doing statejail time and tdcj time will statejail be day for day if tdcj release early parole?

got 2- 2yr sentences 1-tdcj 2 years the other statejail- 2 years sentences run concurrent. six weeks left on both and tdcj decides to parole him early will statejail pick him up to finish last six weeks or since sentences are cc and all time has been served in tdcj will they go with the early release

  2. it alldepends on what the judge states.from what you have said judges will at times make the times run together.they can make you go to the state jail for a period of time after tdc time.

  3. I thought tdcj was Texas Dept. of Criminal Justice so that is a state jail/prison.  What state are you talking about?  If it's other than Tx then that other state might have him finish the full term, but it's probably been left up to Tx if that's where he's serving his concurrent sentence.
