If dolphins are so intelligent how come they don't build houses?

If dolphins are so intelligent how come they don't build houses?

Seems like they are pretty intelligent to me...

They don't pay mortgages, rent, and council tax

They don't have to work 40 hours a week untill they're 65  or 75, they just get up out of bed each morning (think its the seabed) and go for a swim.

The tax man can't find them.

They don't pay road tax.

They don't get stuck in traffic jams

They eat fish which is healthy

And when they see a boat coming along, they swim up to it, swim in its wake and have a laff thinking "hey dude you just paid  ÃƒÂ‚£100000 for that yacht to get out here.  I paid nothing to swim here."

They also enjoy schools ... which does make them clever!

Having discussed matters with their cousins, they also understand their porpoise in life.

Actually dolphins are smart...for instance, they don't have to pay for house mortgages and taxes. They don't need houses, because where are they going to build their house, anyways?

Well there's no wood in the sea that is platformed into the ocean floor.  Besides, they don't have opposable thumbs like we do to build the houses.
