  1. Put it this way !  Would you want to be driving next to a person @ 70 mph with a fifth grade education ? Or with a person who has at least a high school education ?  Do the math !!!

  2. Insurance companies discount because of  your birthday and because of your driving record. If you took drivers ed you get more of a discount.

  3. It is hard to say. You have to check it out yourself.here is some useful information for your question might be helpful.http://car-insurance.online-tips.info/ca...

  4. umm ya driving ability and intelligence go hand in hand...and they give discounts to good students because they recognize that those people actually try to better themselves unlike people with bad grades

  5. I've never heard driving has nothing to do with intelligence. If it does though, student discounts are given out because its probably proven that students who do better in school are less likely to do things like drink (DUI), street race, and the like.

  6. Will be interested in seeing the responses here!  There are two lads in my village who have what nowadays would be called a 'Learning Disability' and both have a driving licence and drive.  Nice lads but I wouldnt want to be a passenger with them driving.
