how much weight will i lose?

i dont care if i gain it back

im planning to eat only 3 of them a day no meal and drink water like alot of water

  1. At the most, 5 or 6 lbs.  And that's only because you are basically detoxing your system and getting rid of salt, which makes you carry water.  

    If you want a healthier way to detox, try a fresh fruit detox with a juicer and lots of fresh fruits and veggies.  Alternate juice and water every 30 minutes and only do it for a few days.  After that, start a healthier diet and exercise regimen if you want to lose weight and keep it off.

  3. That is not healthy and you probably won't lose any weight.  Your body will go into starvation mode and you will maintain your current weight.

    Don't be lazy.  Eat a healthy diet and get exercise.  Starving yourself is never a good idea.

  5. That's what... 270 calories a day?  That's insane.  Even on a diet a woman should never go below 1,200 calories, otherwise you can not get enough nutrients to fuel your body.

    The human body is resilient, but not invincible.  Living on three light yogurts a day is incredibly dangerous (i.e. over a long enough time frame, you would die).

    And drinking a LOT of water without proper food intake could dilute your sodium levels and lead to hyponatremia, which can kill you.

    Do yourself a favor and eat a MINIMUM of 1,200 calories, preferably more.  If you want to lose weight, then exercise, don't crash diet.

  7. That is extremely unhealthy and it really depends on how much you eat now. If you eat a lot then i guess you would lose a lot of weight and you might want to make sure you keep your body tight by working out. But with that poor diet you'll probably be too weak to excersise.

    You need 5-9 portions of fruit and veg a day.

    If you want to loose weight, you should eat an apple(any kind) before every main meal. Breakfast, Dinner and Lunch.

    Always remember, eat lots of meat, and try to go easy on grains, like pasta and wheat cereals.

    Drink plenty of water, at least 1.75ltrs a day.
