If elected how much of a change would you expect in international policy from Sen. Obama?

I expect considerable foreign policiy changes from Obama - the U.S. has lost much international prestige during the Bush years, and Democrats typically place more emphasis on negotiation and cooperation than do Republicans, who tend to rely on military muscle instead of diplomacy. I expect President Obama to be positively received by many world leaders who are weary of Bush's "style."  I would also assume that Obama will pay more attention to the nations of Africa and Asia, where he will be extremely popular.
