In this case, everything=anything. There can be no additional energy (thoughts) over and above "everything". No extraneous stray thoughts can exist....

True?

  1. I'm not sure if it 'can' be manifest. I think the question should be "does" conceive.

  2. Seems your trying to be too deep and thus your not making any sense.  Anyways I always thought our human minds have tons of untapped potential.  I think we have the ability to heal ourselves and communicate without talking...  Maybe if we actually used all of our brain instead of just a small percentage of it.

  3. Whatever thoughts you have purpose for are internal for your  consciousness. Do you have thoughts you value as zero. Less than zero? A thing may exist for its self but does that fact define it as a conscious thing?

  4. All thoughts have some effect on reality.  They vary enormously in their power and usefulness to man's evolution.  A thought can be as insignificant as a pebble tossed in a huge lake, but even a pebble will create some ripple.  Some thoughts are creative, some are destructive.  They all have a part to play in the cosmic drama.

  5. no, because the mind is imaginative, but it can have potential realities. for a thing to be real, it has to be material
