If females showed their chest like their faces, would people think less of them?

Temporarily yes, but not in the long run.  The way it would work is that the trend would start in some of the more liberal, urban parts of the country and finally extend out to the more conservative, rural areas of the United States.

As the trend overtook each new area, people would be shocked at first, but would likely get over it in a few years.
