Question:

If feminists are for equal opportunity, why are Dads denied access to their own children ?

It's a known fact that feminists changed jurisprudence and slanted the law in favour of women and mothers in general. It's for this reason that Fathers are denied access to their own flesh and blood. Feminists instigated the court order to deny Fathers any contact, even falsely claiming Dv just to get a positive response in the family court..

Those women are never punished for lying in court.

Isn't that sexism ?

  1. Women are punished for lying in court.  Alot of men who denied to access children often are, because the mother is selfish.  It has nothing to with feminism.  Another reason is alot of men fight to see their children, but who ends up watching the child:  his girlfriend, wife, mother, or older children.  If you guys would take more part in the day to day of child rearing than maybe the courts would look at you differently.

  2. A man isnt denied access unless he was a druggie or something.

A woman is given full custody most of the time because its the women who brings the child into the world ok? :-)

9months of torture, feeding, mother tongue, mother land? A mother pretty much gives life to the baby.

Children therefore have a bigger attachment to the mummy in most natural cases.

  3. not really when a child is born, they have an instant bond that they share with their mothers. because women have a well known instinct of motherhood and nuturing (which goes way back to the days before womens rights) a child is (not more likely but it is assumed that - perhaps naively) that the child will be better looked after for. of course, in this day and age thats quite stupid as women are on equal rights as men but generally women are granted custody above men. these days in some cases, the child (if old enough) can choose which parent they would want to stay with.

  4. That is totally sexist, and i do agree with you.
