Fish oil is so good for you especially since it raises your good cholesterol. It has long been known that there are good and bad cholesterols - they are just trying to be extra careful (of lawsuits - not your health).

well i hope this helps but my info might not answer your question.....i think they mean that when they say raise your cholesterol level they could mean the good cholesterol's in your body

Fish oil actually lowers high cholesterol levels.

Yes, but it raises your HDL (good) Cholesterol, which is what wee need to keep the healthy levels of cholesterol in our bodies
