  1. idk you tell me. at least every individual has swam in a pool over a gazillion times, and i dont see anyone dying from 'fly-egg disease'.


  2. Why would a fly lay eggs in water? Flies lay eggs on something the larva can feed on. If your pool is properly chlorinated no bacteria can live in the water. I have swam in many ponds, stock tanks and rivers with all kinds of living creatures to no ill effect but an improperly maintained pool or hot tub can be detrimental to your health due to bacteria in warm stagnant water.
