  1. I'd rather fill myself up with lost of fruit than meats or other snacks; fruits are healthier overall and dont make you fat.


  2. Keep in mind that serving sizes are relatively small. That being said, something being good for you doesn't mean that you need to eat less of it. In order to get enough vitamins, minerals, and fiber, you need to consume something regularly. It's the same with water. It's great for you, but your body also uses it rather quickly. You need to replenish.

  5. Your strange. Couldn't you answer that for yourself? What does the filling nature of something have to do with it's nutrition? SO if eating crack cocaine filled you up i'd be good for your?

    Have you ever eaten the right amount of them?

    try chopping up 5 bananas, a box of strawberries, 2 mango, and sprinkle blueberries on it... you will be full for hours since its SO nutrient dense!
