Well, I know you meant "What is (f+h)(1)" because the plus sign disappeared when I posted a few questions lately so....

(f+h)(1) is the same as saying f(1) + h(1)

So, looking at the information given, f(1) = 7 and h(1) = 6

Thus,

= f(1) + h(1)

= 7 + 6

= 13
