If g*y people exist and they are everywhere in the world, don't you think it's in the human nature?

I think people talk because they are straight and they believe they can comprehend the reason why a guy gets his p***s hard when he sees a man and not a woman.

Kind of like you are a man and you pretend to know how it feel like to have a v****a.

Don't you think its simply arrogant and oppressive against what nature put on heart? Does it necessarily have to be present in the animal world to be accepted as natural? If it wasn't natural, do you think g*y people would ever exist?

What makes you think that it is their choice? Did you choose not to have s*x with a dog but with another human being? Same rule goes with g*y people.

Homosexual behaviour has been documented in hundreds of animal species - there is a lot of information about that on the web (but be careful with your sources).

I am a straight man.

I am also a proud member of PFLAG.

I believe homosexuality is an innate characteristic.  That means that you are either born straight or g*y that is kinda your lot in life.

Homosexuality is present in that animal world all over the place look into it.

Your question seems to reflect a lot of anger and hurt.... get your feelings more organized and ask a more direct question.

In my opinion there is absolutely nothing wrong with homosexuality or with homosexuals.  I would be very wary of soliciting the opinions of all people that have access to Yahoo Answers for their opinions on their feelings on homosexuality.

Contact the Pflag (Parents and friends of lesbians and g**s) in your area if you need someone to talk to.  They are a great resource.

The same section of the Bible that says that "A man shall not lay down in bed with another man"  Deuteronomy, I believe.... also says that a man shall not eat shellfish.

So homosexuals should feel as guilty about being g*y as I feel guilty eating shrimp, lobster, or oysters.  

You have nothing to feel bad about being g*y.  All of us have something to feel bad about regarding the ignorance of too many people.

What is human nature?

If it is human nature, is it good?

If it is natural, can it still be bad?

Let me put it this way. Food poisoning is natural. Eating food that goes bad, despite how natural a process it might be, is still bad for you.

Here's another example that might make more sense. It is natural to want to go places as quick as possible. People drive fast all the time, everywhere. It must be human nature to want to go from point A to point be in small amounts of time. Despite the empirical evidence that many people want to go fast and that people go fast all around the world, despite how natural it might be, speeding is still wrong. A police officer won't care if you don't believe it's wrong, because a bunch of legislators said it was wrong. They said is was a moral abomination to go too quickly, and they didn't even need to give a reason. We all know they have their reasons, but they don't need to supply one. They can force their morality on other people because they believe they are saving lives and they are our elected officials.

In the same way state governments, elected "for the people by the people" have the right to outlaw g*y marriage because they believe it is harmful to society. They force the morality of the majority on the whole, because, lets think about it. If I think speeding is wrong, but you think it's ok, we aren't going to say I can't force my morality on you, because YOUR ACTIONS EFFECT OTHER PEOPLE, NOT JUST YOURSELF.

People are so arrogant to think that all their actions do not go beyond themselves. No one is an island unto themselves. g*y people have a right to impose their morality on others just as much as everyone else does have the right to impose our morality on them.

Different humans have different forms of nature.

Take a typical pet for example, one may greet you with a wagging tail, another may leap up and bite you.

Well, we know it's part of nature, as we see it in many species. It could still be a gene/brain defect though, as it has no real purpose - i.e. the true purpose of sexuality within nature is to pro-create, there are very few (handful) of species have sexual relations for pleasure. If someone wants to be g*y, I have no issues with it, just don't go making out it is normal.

The simplest answer is that many of homosexuals who have DECIDED to become straight CHOSE to become straight.  Just ask them.

My answer is that God created man and considers it an abomination.  God did not create homosexuals with the exception of giving them free will.

Cardozo...you are wrong.  Homosexuality does NOT exist in the animal kingdom.  Sexual addiction does exist, but in the animal kingdom, you will find that animals who are addicted to s*x will resort to male/male relations ONLY when there are no females present.  And female/female relations do not exist.

hey Taco, uh, g**s don't harm people, so no, murders, pedophiles and rapists are not in the same category.  Rape hurts many people, not just the victim, and children abused by a pedophile usually grow up confused and have trouble living a normal s*x life.  

So, your argument is completely bogus and you made yourself look like an irrational bigot.  As for cake eaters, just because someone has long hair doesn't automatically mean they are addicted to cake.

That being said (and/or stolen from Mitch Hedberg) some people do have g*y tendencies and others don't.  Psychologists don't fully understand what makes a person g*y or straight, but its there, and it's all throughout history too.
