If global warming continues will the human species dissapear ?

If it continues at this rate don't you think nature will eventually kill us until the balance is normal again?And why are we not trying harder to stop it?Is the end near ?

Eventually, if its not stopped, nature will get its revenge. Global Warming itself wont kill everyone but our pollution and destruction will probably cause other problems in the future. We need to switch energy sources most of all.

No matter what anyone says there will always be ignorant people who will claim its a lie. It's sad there are some people who are so blind. What are they afraid of? Wasting money? It'll cost them a lot more when they have to repair their houses when a hurricane strikes it, or its underwater, when the air is so toxic its deadly to breathe.

How much could it possibly cost to recycle a few papers or to unplug a light when its not on or to ride a bike instead of driving a massive van down the street? Come on people.

It will kill the majority of the human race, not entirely, look up 12/21/2012, it is the cause of global warming, the world will not end in 2012, but the majority of earths species will over the next 4 years. We cant stop it, its caused by astronimical events, not global emissions, its destiny.

Humans are like cockroaches - they can survive anywhere. Humans can even survive in locations that microbes can't survive in. Right now there are humans in space, which is inhospitable to everything - except humans.

In the near term global warming means rising ocean levels and changing precipitation patterns. This does not make humans extinct. At most it is an inconvenience. It may mean that humans in, say, New York City have to move inland a ways. But they will have many years to do it.

Changing climate patterns means that places that are now rainforest will become desert. But at the same time places that are now desert will become rainforest. Once again, an inconvenience, because we have set up farms based on current precipitation patterns and will have to move them if climate patterns change.

The environment does not change humans: we are the first species to change our environment. We have fire for heat, and now we even have air conditioning if it is too warm. We kill bugs that bother us, we control viruses that kill us, we create food at our convenience. We make ice to keep things cold, we cook our food to keep it warm.

Some say that humans are the cause of global warming. If we are the cause, we can certainly engineer a solution as well. Global warming will most definately not cause humans to go extinct.

Yes I belive it will end the human race.  Animals will die effecting us.  And we are not trying hard enough to stop it.  Some countries try their best but contries like China are unconvinced in the fact of global warming.  The end may not be near.  It could be in 5 years or a hundred thousand.  No one know but do not worry about the end of humans.  People thought the world was going to end in 6/6/06.
