If going to a concert in Sant Denis, Is it better to stay in a hotel near the stadium or at Paris center? ?

I would like to know if the area where is the stadium is a good area or if it is better to stay in Paris and only going there for the concert.

You'll probably find it much more convenient to stay in St. Denis if you are going to the area for only one night to see a specific concert.

Although the area did suffer some decline years ago, it has been revitalized by the construction of the stadium. There is a substantial non-white population and this does cause some people to feel that the area is less safe but I do not believe that there is any actual basis for concern.
