  1. Try green tea EXTRACT.  Take 1 capsule or 1 dropperful with food for weight lost.

Green tea from tea bags do NOT have the amount of EGCG or catechins that are needed to be effective for weight loss or (without food) for your immunity.

Green teabags would require about 80 cups to give you the amount you need for your purpose.

EDIT:  Most extracts contain NO caffeine.

Good luck & good health to you.

  2. Green tea is safe for most adults when used in moderate amounts.

    # Green tea and green tea extracts contain caffeine. Caffeine can cause insomnia, anxiety, irritability, upset stomach, nausea, diarrhea, or frequent urination in some people.

  3. Tea has as much and sometimes more caffeine than coffee.

It is recommended that one drink no more than 2 cups of tea per day.

There is such a thing as  "too much of a good thing".

  4. you could be allergic.
