If happiness is found, what is lost?

Once happiness is found within yourself, I believe the biggest thing lost is negativity.  I think negative thoughts of self worth is one of the biggest issues that keeps the internal happiness from shining ever so bright.  I know this is how it was for myself.  As soon as I got those negative thoughts out.... I was FREE! I was happy, just because I was alive! Just because I have wonderful friends and family in my life, just because I am healthy, talented, intelligent, and sincere in how I approach everything.  

When I found my happiness, I did not lose anything that was not worth keeping.

Happiness was never lost to begin with; it was always there.

When I find love, I loose nothing as a result.

When I find hope, nothing is sacrificed.

When peace is found, it replaced naught.



The spiritual inventory is infinite.

May happiness be not added but realized.

Pain. I wonder though, if the cosmic balance sheet records win and lose scores for happiness.
