If he doesn't have the need to talk to me does that mean doesn't love me anymore?

my bf doesn't call me or express his feelings as much as I need, The only sign of affection that i have is at night if we stay together.I don't want to nag all the time and i explain to him that i am a person who needs more affection. He doesn't have good past in relationships (he had a 4year relationship he hurt her and broke up,then another 2 years and he hurt the other girl and they broke up also, with me we broke up once when he started to be always angry with me without a reason)one day i checked his mobile and I saw a text in outgoing msgs that he wanted to make his ex happy,so we had a huge fight i call the girl we talk she told me many things about him,they did do anything,anyway i gave him a second chance,at the first 2 weeks he was ok,its been 2 months that we ar e back together and i have the same feeling?why he doesn't understand?sometimes i want to break up but i love him to much

i believe relationships are easy, if you are with the right person.  I have had relationships with dis trust, fighting (over the most stupid things).. sometimes love is just not enough.  Compatibility and communication is what a relationship needs to be successful and by the sound of it- you don't have either
