Yes that is still rape. My daughter was raped by a child. It is difficult to prosecute a child under 14 for sexual assault, but family court would order him into a treatment center and protect other children from him. Any timeyour body is violated sexually, it is sexual assault. It really does not matter who the assaulter was.

forced s*x at any age is rape, the kid should get help before it escalates, these type of things are degenaritive and can result in more crimes, including but not likited to murder, seral rape, and child molestation

yeah it still would be rape, the definition of rape consists of a male person having vaginal sexual intercourse with a female person “by force” so it doesn't matter the age of the boy or the girl, it is just the act and the fact that the girl didn't want to have s*x that matters.

yes. 2 of my first encounters were under 3rd grade. it is still considered rape. even if he was 'experimenting' it was still very traumatic
