a. Would you DESPISE it because people that dont know dookie about it would try and be know-it-alls every time you turn around?

b. Would you welcome all the new fans cause you really dont know dookie either but pretend to?

c. Hey I like JAY K, whats wrong with a few other useless fans.

d. Would you hate it cause ticket prices would rise and tickets would be so hard to get?

e. You live in Pittsburgh and you am already going through A, B, C and D.... ?????

  1. i think id be cool, at first but then A and D would happen

  2. I'd Say..."I told you so"!!!!

  3. none of the above i'd rub it in the face of my friends who despise hockey

  4. I can see A,C and D happening. Ticket Prices would surely rise even more then they already are.Down here in Florida. We have some of the Know nothing , that think they are experts already. I have had Kimmy's learn about hockey the hard way from my seat at times. The regulars love me. Jay K can still come to a game with me. I would let him.

  5. lmao. e made me laugh. but surprisingly, living in pittsburgh and loving the penguins isn't that hard. i actually don't have to deal with people like A. that was only during the playoffs. i remember actually hearing a guy in my computer class say "yeah, i don't remember who scored the last goal, but he was old as dirt....... good goal though" to my teacher. and i rarely talked in that class but i was like, "petr sykora did and he isn't even old. shut up" and he sort of just looked at me... haha i couldn't let that stupid comment go.

and i probably couldn't do b. i hate when people talk about hockey and they know absolutely NO hockey terms. and i probably couldn't do c.

D is already happening to the pens. tickets are already outrageously hard to get...

so i'm not that sure what letter to choose.

i think i pick F. try and talk to the newer fans and help them in trying to learn more about the sport.

  6. I'd like that the fact that it would be on tv a lot more.

I wouldn't care at all about what other fans know, don't know or think they know. Why should I?

I encounter varying degrees elitism in many different facets of life...and it never ceases to amuse me. lol

  7. lmfao. Going with C here. :]

  8. f. The Yahoos at Yahoo just might get the right questions in the right section.

  9. Hockey will never be the number one sport in the U.S.A. which can be good because tickets would raise in price and there would be a lot of stupid fans. But the total picture would be better, hockey would be on channels like NBC and CBS so people without cable could watch them.

  10. Oh, so I'm a useless fan eh? I see how it is LOL

I'd go with A. There have been so many of them the past few seasons where I live, it drives me crazy.

  11. You mean it's not the number one sport in the US? I guess I'll just have to stay here in Canada until you rectify the situation. Glad to see you're working on fixing that problem. Keep up the good work, carry on then.

A&B, we all have to start learning sometime in order to be knowledable. Even LITY had to learn about it before he became the king of all things hockey.

    C, Jay's OK, nothing a new hat wouldn't fix.

    D already applies here.

E, You live in Pittsburgh. Sorry to hear that. Just kidding, I love that area. Gotta be tough dragging that loaded bandwagon up and down those hills though.

All things considered, I guess 'C'. Final answer.

(woops, uhhh Hi Jay, didn't know you were standing there)

  12. C. Hahaha, I like Jay K!

  13. I wouldn't DESPISE people who don't know aboot it because ALOT of people who watch football (the number 1 sport in the US)know NOTHING aboot the sport.Fun being in a bar and Iggles fans are yelling "C'mon Andy go for it,Its only 4th and 37 from our own 7-I should be the coach".Ughhh

    PS.Who the h**l is Jay K?

I guess d.Prices would definitely rise big time.

  14. b.  People that say hockey is g*y because they know nothing about it or had their a$$ beat by a hockey player are more annoying than people who like it but know nothing.

Also, there would be more people to play a pick up game with at Purdue's rec. center.

e.g.:  Colts and "Cubbies" fans from Indiana that say hockey is g*y because they live in cornfields annoy me more than bandwagon Pens fans that can't spell "Gretzky" but have "I love Crosby" tattooed on their foreheads.

  15. a. I would hate it. Not because of the fans, but because ticket prices would skyrocket and be impossible to get.

    b. Eh, some would be cool. I'd have a full street hockey game tonight, that's for sure.

    c. Awww, stop hatin' on JAY K. I like JAY K.

    d. Wow, refer to a.

    e. I live in New York.

***oh, we're going with a pick one thing here, oh... ohhhh!

  16. I am going to say B.

I really don't know nearly as much as half of the people on here.  I answer on what I know, and if I am unsure, then I will make that very apparent.  More money for the league means, I will get to see more FREE games on television....yippers skippers!

  17. a.) No, I would enjoy making those wannabe know-it-alls look retarded.

    b.) Compared to some yes.

    c.) BURN

d.) oooh that would get annoying.

e.) hahaha well i gotta say DC isn't too much better any more.

  18. I think I would hate other people coming into the support as band wagon fans that dont know anything about it.  Right now if you meet a hockey fan chances are you can talk to them for hours about any team or any player or anything, but if that were to happen I think that you wouldnt be able to do that.  I hate to try and talk to someone about that player that turned it on in the last month in the western conference and have the person smile and nod back at me.  Ticket prices would be annoying as would not being able to get tickets so I wouldnt be too thrilled about it being #1.

And admit it, we like how everyone else hates it because we can say that they dont know what they are missing out on.....
