  1. People homeless or otherwise are entitled to certain benefits based on their income and other factors.    Income needs to be reported and a determination can then be made whether this effects benefit eligibility.  

    For the info of a previous answerer in the USA there are almost no benefits except a housing allowance or supplement and utility help that require a residence address,


  2. I always support my local Big Issue seller and

    buy a copy of his magazine each week, but

    I don't know what the situation is regarding

    claiming benefits.

    It may be that s/he can only do so many hours

    per week before they would lose benefits.

  3. I don't think you can claim benefits without an address.
