If homeless people start selling the big issue can they still claim benifits?

People homeless or otherwise are entitled to certain benefits based on their income and other factors.    Income needs to be reported and a determination can then be made whether this effects benefit eligibility.  

For the info of a previous answerer in the USA there are almost no benefits except a housing allowance or supplement and utility help that require a residence address,

I always support my local Big Issue seller and

buy a copy of his magazine each week, but

I don't know what the situation is regarding

claiming benefits.

It may be that s/he can only do so many hours

per week before they would lose benefits.

I don't think you can claim benefits without an address.
