That would be pretty funny having Hornswoggle as champ, but the production agents would never book that.He's on ECW as the comedy element along with Finlay and is the young kids favorite.He's not really meant to be taken seriously and that's why he'll never become champ.Vince may have him as the family favorite clown wrestler or whatever.But when it comes down to the money and ratings, it's always going to be CM Punk or Batista or Cena.
