I heard that humans evolved to be with many partners at once. Like men were by nature meant to spread their seed to as many females as possible. But if this is the case...

then why do we like to have one life relationship with somebody, and why does it hurt us so bad to lose that person?

  1. your 6th sense. there are feelings you have....your emotions.... and you have the thing that darwin explained as the survival of the fittest

  2. OTHER THAN MUSLIMS NO HUMAN ,IS TO HAVE MANY PARTNERS,

  3. You are comparing two different aspects of this. Physiologically we might have been evolved to have multiple partners but morally we do not accept such a situation. It is the same situation with many other functions of our nature. for example our bodies are naturally designed to store fat. In older years when food was scarce and humans had to go days with out food or had to go hunting, storing fat was a very good idea but as our societies progressed and food became more and more available to us, we developed a socially accepted idea that storing fat is not a good feature.
