  1. Ask your auntie to send supporting papers -- a letter addressed to the embassy indicating that she will sponsor your trip and maybe even her tax returns as proof that she has the resources to actually sponsor your trip to the USA.

Call the US Embassy now to schedule for an interview appointment. It typically takes 3-4 months to get an interview schedule in the Philippines.

While waiting for your interview time, hopefully your aunt's papers will arrive. You will have to pay $100 at Citibank to pay for the visa application fee.

And then go to the US embassy for the interview. That is when you will find out if the US Embassy will give you a visa or not. No one outside the US Consul -- especially here at YA -- can tell you for sure if you are going to get a visa or not.

Tawagan mo na ang US Embassy at mag-schedule ka ng appointment. The US Embassy in Manila website has the numbers you can call to schedule for the appointment http://manila.usembassy.gov/wwwhniv1.htm...

You've asked this question 5 times already -- stop asking YA people and start the ball rolling on getting that visa.

    1. Ask your aunt for supporting documents

    2. Call the US Embassy and schedule for an appointment 1-909-101-7878 for callers from within the Philippines

    3. Go online and fill out Visa Application forms DS-156 & DS-157 http://evisaforms.state.gov/ (hand written forms are not allowed)

    4. Go to the authorized bank and pay visa application fee of $100

    5. Wait for the interview

THEN AND ONLY THEN will you find out if the US Embassy will approve your visa application

  2. Sure why not. As long as you do not have a criminal record and can prove your not going to stay longer then your visa or work under the tourist visa you'll be okay.

If you plan on working don't bother! A tourist visa is to visit not to work.
