Question:

If i'm 17 can I leave my parents?

I would live with my Grandparents and stay in school. Also, I live in New Mexico

I suppose you can always leave your parents.  But, it's probably easier to just work with what you've got.  Figure out how to manage with them, because as difficult as it may be, these are probably two people who like you a lot, maybe love you/?? ---roommates are less caring, and strangers even more so.  

    Learn what you can to work it out at home.  When it becomes an opportunity to go, you'll have more good family to come back to.

  4. u can if they consent n if they dnt n say for example ur being abused or they r "bad" parents n itd be better to live with ur grandparents then  ud have to go thru court. GOod luck

  5. With your parents consent, you can do this. If your parents do not agree it is still possible but you will need legal help.You can contact local childrens services or an attorney. You can seek emancipation - I did at 15 - but you need to demonstrate financial independence as well as other factors. If you are emancipated it means you are an adult in the eyes of law.
