  1. only if the people who adopted you signs their parental rights over, and she has to prove to the state that  she can take care of you, like a stable job, house, and mentality.

  2. your adopted parents would have to be willing to give you up for adoption or allow her to take physical custody of you.  She would then have to go through all the normal steps to be approved for the adoption.

  3. even if you are in your biological home it is possible but why are you unhappy and how old are you is this your biological sister or your adoptive sister? How do your adoptive parents feel have you considered talking to them about it? Just remember your sister that is 18 is still a teenager will she really be able to give you a stable environment to live in or will you be caringfor yourself all the time?

  4. a sibiling or family member only need to be 18 to adopt another family member, but they must show they can support you and go through adoption clasees  and a home study etc

  5. Since she's your sibling, it is possible.  If your parents aren't alive, have abandoned you, abuse your or otherwise aren't being parents then the chances increase.  If your parents haven't done anything wrong for parental rights to be terminated, then they'll have to voluntarily surrender those rights in order for your sister to proceed.

  6. Ordinarily no unless your adoptive parents consent. If you are of age in your state to emancipate you may have a shot at that with your sisters assistance. It sounds like you have a complicated situation that may require professional advice.
