  1. 2 miles a day isn't enough to have a noticeable effect on your weight.    


  2. I would guess you might gain weight by building muscle.  150 lbs for a man is pretty light, so I am guessing your leg muscles aren't very well developed.  1-2 miles is very little, try going longer and harder.

  3. if u really want to lose wait do wat my dad does and find the local rod biking group and go ride about 40 miles with them. 1-2 on a bike isnt going to do squat

  6. You won't lose anything.  You need to bike more then that but it's a good start and reduce your food intake.

  7. Depends on diet. I bike 5-10 miles a day and maintain a constant weight. You'll be burning a few hundred extra calories per week with that amount of biking, so if you diet at the same time, it'll help you lose something.
