  1. Yes.  People can go to Europe with a criminal record.

However, you going to a specific country(s) having specific crimes on your record, there isn't sufficient information to tell.  Best to search the customs sections of the countries you want to visit.

  2. You should contact the consulates of the countries you want to visit before leaving and find out for sure.  The government can't deny anyone a passport but other countries can deny you entry.  Look into getting a pardon.

  3. yea

  4. Yes. The EU is not like the US. We have true freedom here. As long as YOUR country allows you to leave, you are welcome to travel.

  5. IF YOU ARE ON PAROLE FOR A LIFE SENTENCE YOU WILL NOT GET A PASSPORT

IF YOU ARE AWAITING TRAIL YOUR PASSPORT WILL BE TAKEN FROM YOU.

It is not your right to go to any other country.

If you have sexual offenses , violence, weapons charges or drugs you goint to be sent back

  6. That depends on what the crime was and if you have received a pardon.  Why don't you just give your local police station a call and ask, they should have the exact answer.
