  1. that you go in Voluntarily......tough one, thanks!

  2. All this means is the Police have asked you to call in at your convenience to answer a few questions in relation to something you may have been involved in or witnessed.

It would be in your interests to go and talk with them and it seems that you are not necessarily in trouble. If the matter was serious then, you would have been arrested by now,and you do not need a solicitor at this stage although, you could always call one for advice, and I suspect the solicitor would just advise you to go anyway and then call a solicitor should you need one.

You will know straight away if you face the chance of being possibly arrested because the officer will caution you, then you are at liberty to refuse to say anything without a solicitor present. The Police will then have to arrest you or release you.

  3. They think you did it.

  4. Lol, what did you do?

Voluntary means just that. If you decide to go, if you don't, then don't. But I always advise do not go unless you have a lawyer present.

  5. You have an option to decline! But! With declining certain inferences can be drawn from your refusal! If you volunteer to go!Go with a solicitor! Why?They do not have enough evidence against you at the moment! But!You might just talk yourself into a lot of trouble!

Remember! The police are experienced questioners! You are not!

  6. All of the above. But remember, if you are not under arrest you DO NOT have to give fingerprints or DNA no matter what they may suggest. Don't let them think you have to, just say NO

  7. That you only have to go if you want to.

  8. exactly as it says on the tin

go if you want to help

if you dont they can get a warrant anyway

    so why not just go

there is nothing to be afraid of if you are not guilty and tell the truth

    dont cover for mates etc

  9. You'll get police volunteers to question you, often their questions will be meaningless.

The point of the game is to make them believe a crime was committed by someone really difficult to blame, d**k Cheney, for example.

You win if they go round and arrest him.

  10. it means u can go to the station voluntarily, but they will voluntarily keep u there once they have u there!!!!!!!!!

  11. You don't have to go but they will hassle you if you don't turn up.

  12. It means they haven't actually arrested you, it's referred to as, helping the Police with their enquiries. Don't go without a solicitor as they may arrest and charge you after the questioning.

  13. Call your lawyer before you voluntarily go in.

  14. you goin to jail!
