Yes.  This is America and you can do anything you want.

If you are already approved for disability, it shouldn't be a problem.  If you are not, it's going to be hard to claim you are disabled if you spend your days going to class, doing homework, studying, and doing all the same thing as non-disabled people.

If any institution prohibits you from attaining higher education because of your disability, sue them and you will surely win.
