  1. Unless they run a red light or a stop sign, or cross the yellow lines, you're pretty much screwed.

  3. It depends on how they cause you to wreck.  Usually, going over the speed limit is pretty good evidence of unsafe driving, so it's likely you will be found at least partially at fault.

  4. Well to be honest NO. First of all you shouldnt be going over the speed limit at all. In california they just changed how much you can go over the speed limit from 5mph to 2mph.

    So technically you were going over the speed limit its your fault.

  5. They should be unless its proven how fast you were going.

  6. No matter what their actions, if the police can determine you were traveling excessively fast, you will be cited and a citation assigns at least part of the blame to you.
