  1. Nope!  As a firefighter in some counties and or municipalities you can, as a police officer no.  Police officers must carry a weapon that may be discharged, and it goes on and on from there...... As a green card holder you're not vested by the US constitution therefore if some happens legally you're still under that country's laws

  2. Most police departments that I am aware of in the US have no problem with non-citizens as long as you have a green card.

  3. well, i think you need at least an Employment Authorization Document to WORK, but if your friend is totally undocumented, I'd recommend her to lay low and stay in school because next year I'm sure the DREAM Act will pass (it lost by only two votes!!! and there's sure to be more Democrats in power by then), and she'll get legalised ))

  4. First you need to apply for active duty in Iraq..so that we see you're worthy to work in our police forces. Goto www.usmarines.com

    good luck!

  5. Police academy has a guide line, no mater where he/she is from but he has to pass those requirement. If your friend pass that there they will concider it. there is back ground requirement and there is a test for entry.

Ask the police Department they will help
