  1. depends on how fit u are right now. just at first run as far as u can until u HAVE to stop. and then calculate how far u went and build from there.

  2. Try by first running around 10 minutes at a time, and then increase it every week by 10 more minutes. Eg 1st week=10 min run 2nd week= 20 min run ect.

  3. That will be pretty hard if you are starting from 0 but what I would recommend is just going at a steady pace and just get out there and run. See how far and how long you can go. Once you get a base on where you are at now then you can go one from there. Like lets say you can run 1 mile in about 10 minutes then just add .5 miles each day and take breaks. Run 4 days a week and gradually add up. If you are below 1 mile then just keep adding up until you get there. Lets say you can easily run like about 4 miles or so, then you can try to increase speed and increase the time and you could easily run about 1 hour in a month. It really depends on where you are at now and how much effort you will put into it. Just gradually add more time and you will get there.

    Good luck!

  4. if you go to runnersworld.com, they give you a scheduale for first time runners. your first week should be half an hour a day, run for 1 minute, walk for 2, and so on for half an hour.

  5. Find any track, most likely by a school, and run around it many times. Sprint for a few short burst, but you should REALLY sprint and push yourself. Remember: IF YOU DONT TRY YOUR HARDEST, YOULL NEVER GET BETTER. Music will help you as well as ankle weights. Start off light then eventually move up.
