If i apply for a job at autozone are they going to require for me to kow the basic knowledge or a car?

Why should they expect anything more of you than all of the other people they've already hired?

hmmm....well. i can tell you that yes auto zone does have some employees that "arent up to par" on their automotive knowledge. but they are no worse than any other parts place out there. i look at it as everyone has to start somewhere. as long as you know the basics and are willing to learn i think you  will be okay. and they must be doing something right to have over 4000 stores.

no i know too many idiots workin at autozone who know nothing i hate autozone so if you know nothing you should fit right in

I applied about a year ago and I was asked to give the manager the basic components on the different systems.  Engine, electrical, a/c, etc.
