Question:

If i ate only proteins, fruits, and veggies??

Ok I'm overweight a little by like 10 lbs and i was just wondering if i only ate stuff like protein, fruits, and veggies would that be healthy? I would appreciate any ideas of good ways to lose weight and what foods i should eat to help me lose the weight i need to to be healthy and not get cancer and other diseases. Thanks in advance.

  1. If you want to lose weight you can do it faster without fruit.  But once you've reached your target weight then you can eat fruits.  While you're trying to lose weight eat chicken, fish, lean meat, and vegetables.  Only drink water.

    1)exercise to build muscle-3x per week(20 minutes per session)

  3. you have to eat some carbs, oherwise u will get cravings. have opats for breakfast, and  unbuttered popcorn as a snack.

  5. You are on the right track.  You only need a few carbs, and they should be good carbs like whole wheat pasta or low calorie bread.

    Eat regularly, so that your body feels no need to STORE and so that it doesn't use up muscle tissue.  Three small meals a day and 3 snacks (a fruit and yogurt for instance) are good.  You need 3 servings of a dairy product too - it will help you lose weight.  Use nonfat yogurt or milk, or low fat cheese.
