For domestic routes, you do not need ID.

If your route goes into Canada or Mexico, then you need the usual documents.

question why are you riding greyhound when if you ride

you put your life in danger?

taking greyhound is the PITS -they have a lot of accidents

they are union busting -they are trying to replace

all the union drivers with their mexican afffittel Curero

(almost all schudles out of Los Angeles are on Currero or Americaons (bus company with non -union drivers who do not speak  a word of enlgish in the first place

and those drivers love to make unschedule stops

or extend a layover say scheduled for 10 to 50 mintues

jsut because they "feel like it"

I think it depends on the stae. I live in california, I went on a greyhound when i was 17 and they didnt ask me.
