  1. Yes, just thaw it in the refrigerator before you intend to cook the fish.


  2. Yes, but make sure it is thawed first - you can thaw by running under a cold tap until soft.

    Make sure it;s gutted before cooking too - just incase!

  3. Yup, I do it all the time!  Just had salmon last night actually.

    Take it out of the freezer and place it (still in the wrapper) in a bowl of cold water.  That will help it thaw faster.

    Also, when you freeze it, freeze it in freezer bags, not the plastic bags from the store.  And fish doesn't keep very long in the freezer....I dont keep it longer than 90 days.

  7. yea.....you just have to thaw it out, by putting it well you know either in the microwave or the sink in some water! i can cook some kind of fish i cant think of the name, lapitza or something
