  1. burn 1 1/2 times what your intake is and it will be off in 4 eeks. it worked for me just make sure your calorie intake is healthy calories from the right foods so you dont run low on energy and drink 8 regular sized water bottles a day you wont be as hungry and the water gives you energy and keeps you hydrated when working out.

  2. depends on your intake

    Drink plenty of water

have six small rather then three meals

    donteat after 6pm

Try the lil Jack Ecercie Program http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TKCGe2Ezr...

  3. i'm not sure but if you just balance what you eat, and burn more than you take in, you'll be fine. =)

  4. The amount of weight you lose will also depend on how many calories you are consuming.  To lose one lb., you need to create a 3500 calorie deficit.  So, as long as you are burning more calories than you are consuming, you will lose weight.  However, if you are exercising and building muscle, you may not notice a significant weight loss because muscle weighs more than fat.  It's better to judge your weight loss on how your clothes fit since you could be losing inches vs. lbs.

  5. Hi. Yes, if you start to burn a lot of calories you will lose weight.  Yet, that means you also have to watch what you eat and make sure it is healthy.  That doesn't mean you can't have a candy bar now and then, but make sure you eat lots of full calories full of vitamins, antioxidants, and minerals.  I once had a weight problem, yet once I started cutting back on junk food and started exercising, I lost 20 pounds in two and a half months.  Yet, everyone is different so I can't say exactly how long it will take you to lose the weight. Everyone burns calories at a different rate so I'm guessing it will take you from 3 weeks to 2 months.  Good luck.

  6. well there's 3500 calories in a pound. so maybe you could lose it in a month in a half?
