If i buy a computer and take it to Guatemala permanently can i program the whole system in Spanish?

Yes but what does it matter spanish if you are talking of programming? So it depends on wich programming lenguaje are you using. Mother lenguaje has nothing to do with it.

Yes, you can. You don't even have to go anywhere.  You can program it from where ever you are. I got my mom a laptop for Christmas and she speaks Spanish better that english  so i had to program it Spanish but it only took a couple of minutes. I didn't have to travel anywhere!

GO UNDER "CONTROL PANEL" AND THEN "REGIONAL AND LANGUAGE OPTIONS"  THEN CHOOSE SPANISH.  BUY THE PROGRAMS IN GUATEMALA, I THINK THEY SHOULD SELL THEM IN SPANISH.

Yes you can, but you'll have to install Spanish versions of your programs. Since Guatemala has never signed the copyright treaty, programs are much cheaper there as well.

Yes, you can do that in America as well. Your system can be transferred to whatever language you wish.
