If i buy a dvd drive can i be able to burn a windos movie maker video ?

im planning on getting a dvd drive under $200

any suggestions

When you burn a windows movie maker video, you need dvd drive & burner software.

yes you can burn WMM files but you will need a dvd burner drive not just a dvd-rom as roms only read dvds and burners read and write...i would reccomend you get a DVD-RW drive that is either light-scribe or Label-flash enabled...then you ca burn awesome dvds and put professional looking and long lasting labels on it that are burned directly to the disc...light scribe or labelflash will save you money on labels and inc later on too

a dvd-rw drive together w/ a DvD authoring app like DvD Flick (free) or Nero since wmm is just a video editing app.
