  2. its written off for a reason people dont buy from scrapyard if you want a cheap car look at auctions in in local paper for MOT failure

  3. No you will not, you will after apply for vic check. The vic check will make sure the ID of the car is correct and not a stolen car given the damaged cars id. Once the vic check is complete you will then be able to apply for log book. The cost is about £36 all info is on vosa website.
