if i unblock an iphone 3G thAT im getting, im not gonna use it in the U.S, TO BE PRECISE IM GONNA USE IT IN BRAZIL WITH ANOTHER OPERATOR.

Do i have to pay for the internet??

i have wireless here at my house, so if i go to the bathroom and feel like googling can i? using my house's internet for free?

  1. Assuming you successfully unlock the phone, the cost of internet access depends on which carrier you choose to use in Brazil. You'll have to shop around to find out how much wireless internet through the cell network costs and where it is available.

    As for the wireless at your home, the iPhone can connect to a WiFi network and use your home internet connection at no additonal cost to you.

    One challenge that you may encounter is that the iPhone 3G is currently only available with a 2 year contract in the US. They will eventually be available without a contract, but they will cost $400 more than they would with a contract.
