starbucks is overated - dunkin donuts way better - and nothing beats a cup of folgers you brewed yourself - i do like fraps though

Well when you ask for 'Black Coffee' it means just the plain coffee with no cream/ sugar. Usually at starbucks they just serve you black coffee and it's up to you what you want to add to it from the condiments table. So the answer to your question is No... you have to add sugar to your coffee.
