Most likely, no. The beta will be randomly given out to those who have software regarding home and it's advertisements. So either way, you have just as much of a chance as anyone else does. But it doesn't hurt to download if you want. I Myself just downloaded the new "Playstation Home" theme to be entered into winning the closed Beta...
