No, a Xbox game can work on Xbox 360 but an Xbox 360 game cant work on an Xbox, Its like trying to make a pentium 4 program work on a pentium 2 if you see what i mean.

You cannot play any 360 games on a normal XBox. They are just not compatable. Some 360 games are not even compatable with the 360, unlike Playstation/2/3 and Wii/Gamecube.
