If i call a us number but the person is out of the country will it be an extra charge for me?

I have a t-mobile phone with myfaves and one of my faves went out of the country but has international calling activated. If i call will it be an extra charge or it will still be free minutes.

bad news!! yes you will be charged extra if you call even if you text!! bc its out of the country and they are using international antennas so they are paying fees etc.. you know how it is.. even if you have free minutes it wont count, you still are going to be charged.. the funny thing is that when you call that person besides you getting charged he is getting charged the same time the same rate!! although he/she didnt call you!!
