If i call india landline, will recipient have to pay?

I am using truphone (http://www. truphone.com) to call India cellphones and landlines. I am wondering if i call an Indian landline, will the person I am calling also be charged something for answering the call? Or do I shoulder the whole cost? Because I would rather shoulder the whole cost. Thanks!
